Every visiting horse, watched. At no cost to you.
HorseWise puts a camera on your stalls and watches every horse in your stabling around the clock. Owners scan a code on the stall, pay by the day to watch their horse and get alerts, and you get half the revenue.
The kicker: there’s nothing to buy. We supply the cameras and the hardware, and we install it.

The nights nobody is watching
At a show, horses are in strange stalls, after a long haul, eating and drinking differently, often after the hardest work of their year. That’s when colic and cast horses happen. Their owners are back at the hotel, and your grounds team can’t walk every aisle all night.
Owners know this. It’s one of the biggest worries of bringing a horse to an event. HorseWise lets them watch from the hotel, and it tells them when something looks wrong.
How it works
1. We review your venue.
We supply and install everything at our own cost, so we look at each venue before we commit: how many stalls, how many events a year, and whether the stabling is set up for it.
2. We set up your stabling.
Once you’re approved, a camera on each stall and a compute box on site, supplied and installed by us. It stays in year-round, ready for every event.
3. Owners scan the code on the stall.
Each stall has a code. An owner scans it with their phone, signs up and pays in about a minute. No app to find, no one at a desk.
4. HorseWise watches their horse.
The owner gets live video, alerts for signs of colic or casting with the clip, and a picture of how their horse is eating, drinking and lying down, for as long as they’re at your venue.
5. You split the revenue 50/50.
You earn half of every day an owner pays for. There’s no staff time needed to sell it or run it.
What visiting owners get
Live video from the hotel
Their horse, full screen, any time of day or night.
Emergency alerts with the clip
When HorseWise sees signs of colic (pawing, looking at or nipping at the flank, getting up and down, rolling) or a horse that may be cast and unable to get up, it alerts the owner as soon as it sees it, with a short video clip of what it saw.
How they’re settling in
Eating, drinking, lying down and manure, so an owner can tell whether their horse is settling into a new stall or not eating the hay.
Their own horse’s history
Owners who already use HorseWise at home bring their horse's normal with them, so show days are compared to the horse's own habits.

What your venue gets
Revenue from stalls you already have
Every owner who signs up pays $20 a day, and half of it comes back to you. You don’t buy anything, and you don’t sell anything. The code on the stall does it.
Something other venues don’t offer
Overnight monitoring for every visiting horse, to put in your prize list and your entry emails.
What it costs you
Nothing. We supply the cameras and hardware, we install it, and we take the risk. If the stalls don’t get used, we take the hardware back.
What we need from you
- Power or a network cable at each stall.
- An internet connection in the stabling.
- A spot for the compute box.

Apply for your venue
We focus on venues with events year-round and a hundred or more stalls. Tell us about yours, and we’ll let you know if it’s a fit.
