Know when something’s off with your horse.
HorseWise watches your horse day and night. It learns how your horse eats, drinks, rests and moves, and tells you as soon as something changes, so you can act while it’s still a small sign and not an emergency.

You know your horse. You just can’t watch them all day and all night.
Horses are prey animals. They’re wired to hide pain, so by the time you see something is obviously wrong, it’s often been going on for hours. The first signs are almost always quieter: your horse leaves some hay, drinks a lot more than usual, lies down and gets up again, or stops passing manure.
You’d catch those changes if you were standing at the stall door. HorseWise is standing there for you, every minute, including the twelve hours between evening feed and morning turnout when most barns have nobody looking.
When you know the pattern, you see the change.
Every horse has their own normal. A number only means something next to their usual.
When you see the change early, you have options.
Call the vet at 9 p.m. instead of finding them at 6 a.m. Pull the feed, walk them, watch them live from the couch.
When nothing has changed, you can relax.
Most days, HorseWise simply tells you your horse had a normal day. That’s worth a lot too.
Every horse is different. HorseWise learns yours.
In the first week, HorseWise builds a picture of your horse's habits: how long they eat, how often they drink, when and how long they lie down, how much they move, how fast they breathe at rest. From then on, everything you see is compared to their normal, not an average horse’s, and baselined against the rest of the barn. If hot weather has every horse drinking more, that isn’t an alert. If your horse is drinking less while the rest drink more, it is.
Amber means “different from their normal.” You see what changed, by how much, and since when.
The small signs you’d notice, if you were there
A camera in their stall, and AI built only for horses. It sees in the dark and keeps tracking them through blankets, straw and shavings.
- Colic signs: looking at the flank, kicking at the belly, rolling, pawing, getting up and down.
- Cast in the stall: down against the wall and unable to get up.
- Stress: stall walking, weaving, pinned ears, kicking, calling.
- Stance: pointing a foot or shifting weight off a leg.
- Eating and drinking: time at the hay, visits to the water.
- Manure: how often, and how long since the last one.
- Rest and sleep: lie-downs, time lying down, and flat-out sleep, the only kind where horses get REM.
- Breathing: breaths per minute while standing quietly.

When it looks urgent, you get the video.
Colic signs and a cast horse are emergencies. HorseWise doesn’t wait for a pattern. It alerts as soon as it sees the signs and tells you what it saw: “Looked at his flank 20 times and rolled twice since 12:20 p.m.”
- The clip comes with it. See what happened in ten seconds and decide for yourself.
- It doesn’t stop at a push notification. If nobody responds, HorseWise texts, then calls, then moves to the next person on the list, until someone answers.
- “I’m on it.” When someone at the barn picks up the alert, you see that someone is with your horse.
- Your vet is one tap away. Their number, and a live link you can send so they can watch too.
- Quiet hours for everything else. “Worth a look” changes wait for the morning. Emergencies always ring.

Two numbers that tell you how your horse is really doing
Open the app and you see your horse's Health and Calm scores next to their usual. One glance tells you whether today is normal. Tap either one to see what’s driving it.
- Health comes from eating, drinking, manure, rest and sleep, breathing, activity and stance.
- Calm comes from stress behaviors: stall walking, weaving, cribbing, pinned ears, kicking, calling, and whether they’re lying down enough to feel safe.
- Explained dips. Log the farrier, a vaccine or a trailer ride, and that day’s dip is labeled so it doesn’t skew their normal.

See their whole day at a glance
Every lie-down, meal, drink, manure and turnout on one timeline. Scroll back to any day on the calendar. When something happened at 2 a.m., you can see what came before it.
- Every camera recorded, key moments clipped. Naps, rolls and alerts are clipped automatically, ready to watch or share.
- Week and month views. Spot slow changes, like eating a little less every week, that no one would notice day to day.
- Notes in your words. Type or speak a note, or tag your horse with something to watch (“watch her left lead”) so everyone who opens their page sees it.

Check on your horse whenever you want
Open the app at the office, on the road or at 2 a.m. and they’re right there.

Stall and paddock
Switch cameras, or let HorseWise switch for you as they move.
Scrub back through the day
Jump straight to the moment an alert, a roll or a nap happened.
Your ride tracker knows the ride. HorseWise knows what happened after.
Connect your ride tracker and your rides show up on their day: route, time, gaits and left/right balance. Then HorseWise adds what only the stall camera can see: how fast their breathing settled, and whether they drank, rolled and lay down normally that night.
- Patterns across rides. “Left canter only 38% of canter time,” linked to the note your rider left about her left lead.
- “How was she?” A quick prompt for the rider when the horse comes back in, so the context is never lost.

Your vet and farrier walk in knowing how your horse has been
Share your horse with the people who look after them. Each one sees what they need, and nothing they don’t.
- Vet report. Today against their normal for eating, drinking, lie-downs, manure, breathing and weight, with 7-day trends and the clips on anything off. More for vets →
- Farrier report. Where they are in their shoe cycle, how they’re standing on each leg, and how much work they’ve done since the last reset. More for farriers →
- Co-owners, riders and trainers. Invite them with a link. Nobody you invite sees your billing, settings or private notes.

Questions owners ask
Who sees the video?
You see your own horse. Your barn’s staff see the barn. Anyone you invite, like your vet, farrier or trainer, sees only your horse.
What if it gets something wrong?
Every alert comes with the clip, so you can see what happened in seconds and decide for yourself.
Does it work in the dark?
Yes. The cameras see in infrared, so nights look the same to HorseWise as days.
Does it work with blankets?
Yes. It keeps tracking them through blankets, straw and shavings.
What if they move stalls or barns?
Their history goes with them.
Can it miss something?
Yes. HorseWise can miss things and can raise false alarms. It’s a second set of eyes between checks, not a replacement for your barn’s care or your vet.
Is this a vet?
No. HorseWise is a second set of eyes. It doesn’t diagnose anything. An alert means “someone should look at this horse.”
